With Playcar you can enter all ZTLs in the municipalities of Cagliari, Quartu Sant'Elena, and Livorno, except for the Poetto ZTL in Cagliari.

Please Note: for the municipality of Cagliari: Piazza Marghinotti is not a ZTL but a pedestrian zone and you can enter only with special Pass for residents issued by the Municipality of Cagliari.
