The service is accessible to anyone who meets the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old (bicycle use);
• A driver's license that has been obtained at least 12 months ago and is in valid status (for driving cars and vans);
• If the driver's license is not from the EU, a valid international driver's license is required;
