You can recover your PIN in two ways:

• Log out from the app and recover your password, once you log in with your new password you will also receive your new PIN via email.

• After you click "Unlock" in your reservation, the app will ask you for your PIN. At the bottom you will see "Forgot your PIN?" By clicking you will be able to retrieve your PIN via SMS or email
